So I go away overnight, and by way of protest one of my cats – the smarter one, who sometimes sleeps on my keyboard to maximise the chance I’ll tickle him – barfs on my laptop bag, between the shoulder straps. Evil little sod.

So I keep getting spam with as subject “Get a bigger instrument“, and instead of them offering a bigger instrument they offer pills and other questionable bits and bobs to modify one’s anatomy.

I blame Wimbledon.

I’m trying the Safari 3 Beta So far the only obvious enhancement is the: You are about to close a window which has 15 tabs open, are you really sure? …dialogue. Oh, and American spellchecking… Still, it works OK.

I can cope with the silliness like zombies and stuff like that, but I added one of the applications – some question/answering thing – to find that it spontaneously mailed all my friends to ask “How was your weekend”… and now Facebook are demanding that I provide a security question “in case I should ever…
