I can cope with the silliness like zombies and stuff like that, but I added one of the applications – some question/answering thing – to find that it spontaneously mailed all my friends to ask “How was your weekend”… and now Facebook are demanding that I provide a security question “in case I should ever e-mail them”.

I wonder how many people are going to specify “Mother’s Maiden Name” which for my taste is too close to the information used to acquire a US SSN.

I’m having problems finding people at Sun with a surname in the range K-Z because it will only show me the first 500 hits of any “group”, and Sun has something like 2500 Facebook users.

And as applications go, it’s not even that cute.

It’s starting to demonstrate suckage.
