You watch something once – patchily, and without expectation of being able to get into it because the family doesn’t really “do” sci-fi except for you – and remember it 25+ years later, and it gets identified by your fellow geeks from the most vague and inaccurate of descriptions.

Kudos to Cedric & Mark – now I shall try to see the whole thing in its entirety.
