@VirtualisedReal my #vmware problem is that the effort required to set it up under (eg) Ubuntu far exceeds the effort to setup #virtualbox in reply to VirtualisedReal # @VirtualisedReal i am not scared of patching kernels, but believe in 2009+ one shouldn't have to chase round forums to do it in reply to VirtualisedReal #

using CoRD and VBoxHeadless to run small VMs on my Mac Mini – #virtualbox is great, but i sure wish it was VNC not RDP # @ThinGuy have both but been using CoRD as seems more OSX-ish; still much prefer #JollysFastVNC which is the best VNC client for mac by far in reply to ThinGuy

OSX has disgusting VM / management performance – once it’s started creating swapfiles, dynamically, it never lets them go and it manages them awfully badly.
