I am beginning to wonder how much of Skype call metadata is available to the right kinds of authorities, especially now Microsoft is in charge?
After all: if it’s properly encrypted and P2P it shouldn’t be DPI-able, right?

There’s some mention of logging Skype traffic in the CCDP news on Radio 4. Not sure whether Twitter is driving Radio 4 or vice versa.
