    I remember thinking at the time that they were going to have a hard time running wires through the swivel in that plug, let alone meeting the requirement that it be impossible to remove the fuse while plugged in.

    Making something that isn’t required to have a fuse and draws less than a tenth of an amp from the mains feels like cheating.

    I also like the way the camera angle on their own website hides that clumsily protuberant earth pin. Oh, and I’m surprised it’s not possible to make the electronic half smaller than that.

    It’s clear the design has suffered a hefty dose of reality since it was a mock-up made on a 3D printer.
