I thought MS-Hating-Linux was meant to be mythical propaganda, propagated by OSS loonies, and that actually we are all reasonable people?

Big Day Out at Microsoft
Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending A Developer’s Introduction to .NET at Microsoft’s “campus” near Reading. I’m sure they were all lovely people, but the attendees were a funny lookin’ bunch; long necks, scrawny arms, misshapen noses (and that was just me). Anyway, the lecturers were mildly amusing (if jokes about syntax, GUIs and ILs are your bag). Highlights were: one lecturer – without hesitation – using Google to find a specific page on the microsoft.com site, and the many references to Java and Linux being perverse or just plain evil.
