With the current SYMC (Symantec) market cap of about $12.24b, for about $200 per capita the UK Government could buy Symantec outright; so a nationalised antivirus solution would pay for itself in about 4 years; alternately they could go begging to try and negotiate a site license for the entire country.

Does this fit within the UK defence budget? How much is being wagered on these aircraft carriers?
