At the suggestion of Simon Phipps, with the connivance of Mike Simons, and having shamelessly stolen stylistic cues from Glyn Moody, I’ve now joined the ranks of bloggers at CWUK.
My goal is to write approximately 1.5x per week (you can do the math) and stuck to my wall I have pasted the following remit:
- Clarify the complexity of security, relevant to a current story.
- Outline and correct hearsay, ritual and sloppy security thinking – especially stuff that may influence strategy and architecture, again relevant to current stories.
- Deflate balloons. Be constructively contrarian.
- Find new stories. Link to / occasionally review useful resources, websites and blogs that deserve wider readership.
Those who remember security-interest@sun.com will know what to expect. 🙂
The blog is Unscrewing Security, and a RSS/ATOM feed is also available.
