How long will the Internet remain a level playing field? Guildford, 19 May 2010

About this event
‘Net neutrality’ is the principle that says all information flowing across the Internet should be treated equally. But with more people streaming data rich video and playing online games, the Internet is facing congestion concerns. So should carriers be able to sell multi-tiered access to heavy users? And should sites that generate massive traffic pay more?
These questions and much more will be the subject for a high level public debate. It’s a fascinating topic – so join us and have your say at an interesting and informative evening!
