   So the moral of this is veges give you a healthier glow than UMPC’s. Mind you I am impressed with the removal of the vegetables. And hasn’t she got thin arms!

   Real disturing what can happen with this
   type in “before and after” and go into the one with Before and afters with photoshop and it comes up with shots of celebs been photoshoped
