    Well, the trademark only applies to products where the name might be confused. So if you want to create a management process and call it FUBAR, you’re good to go.

    On the other hand, if you want to build a better pry bar, I suggest the name Construction Leverage Utility Extension Stick — the CLUE Stick(TM).
