I feel that i have been somewhat neglecting the blog of late, so perhaps it is time for an update…

After any trip to the USA, i am a bit of a vegetable until the jetlag works its way out of my system – this usually involves many many late nights staying up until 0200 hacking on the computer, until exhaustion forces me to bed early one night, and my body-clock resets.

This has now happened, so i am now officially back in business.

I’ve ordered a G4 iMac – one of the podule-with-LCD kind – with a 800MHz processor, CDRW and DVD-Writer, 60Gb disk, and 1Gb of RAM. I suspect that this will have to be my “big toy purchase” of the year, causing me to defer my next, big motorcycle for a while, but it will be worth it because I have a lot of projects to do and the Apple should be a really good platform to do them on.

Today is monthly-report day, so I’ll take a trawl backwards through the blog and my palmpilot and get back to you all later.
