In Myanmar China is helping the illegitamite military government to install a great firewall like on the mainland. How can I get around this?

In page 28 and 29, it says the department can temporarily ban an internet service provider, temporarily control the machines of the internet service provider and permanently close the internet service provider. On page 32, it says selling and buying digital currency or cryptocurrency is illegal. We’re going to be like China where literally everything is banned if they don’t register in the country and keep user data inside the country where the military junta can inspect whenever they want!
