Seeking Urgent Technical Review: “No Port 53, Who Dis?”; a year of DNS over HTTPS over Tor

This links to a copy of v1.0 of the DoHoT paper:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1O7dX6cBfmEBTOe-P3z472RynFotxtuZJlj9sqQ-L5VQ/edit?usp=sharing

…which is (currently) open for comments.

I shall be submitting it as an incomplete work-in-progress to the 2021 NDSS DNS Privacy Workshop for consideration – but since I literally am creating this paper on the fly, in response to a suggestion from a workshop chair which arrived on monday, and the close for submissions is today, I am seeking feedback from the interested public in order to fix any egregiousness ASAP.

I plan to submit it at 1630h London time. Thanks in advance.
