    I’m a bit confused, are Wikipedia arguing they shouldn’t be category 1 or that non profit community sites in general should be exempt?

    1. To the best of my understanding they are trying to find some way out of being categorised, which is not a general complaint against the OSA but it does give some standing to chip away at it

        So there not doing anything that would exclude hobbyist forums that anyone who uses the Internet would know obviously couldn’t hope to comply?

        1. OSA practically captures everybody and everything, WP are only really pressing for a carve out for themselves, but at least it’s a start
