So Jason Scott dropped this earlier today:
136,000 books from the 18th Century.
ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX THOUSAND OF THEM.
That would be a point of pride in any library. Making it readable from the Internet, browsable, and downloadable? A pipe dream.

And I’ve gone to have a look at them; me being me, the first thing I did was to punch the word cypher into the “text content” search engine, and got 7,296 results with apparently a substantial chunk (majority?) relating to Mary, Queen of Scots.
I shall enjoy picking through this.
