The only thing missing is automatic login and redirection. 😎
You mean something like this:

I’ve not tried it (yet) but it claims to do just what you ask.
Tested it (on the NY Times) – it adds an item to your right-click menu, which pops up a small window with a login and password for you. Not entirely automatic – you have to copy/paste them into the form. Certainly more handy than going to the bugmenot.com site.
