If so, then you want Synergy2 (so long as you are on a secure network) – it works like the classic X2X and although the config file syntax is a little baroque – all symbolic names and so forth – it supports cut-n-paste and overall seems to do a good job.

Plus it gives you that nearly-dual-headed feeling, which is so much cheaper than buying a PowerMac/Powerbook.
