On 30 July 2025 we also issued both AVS Group Ltd and Kick Online Entertainment S.A. with a formal information notice, which they were required to respond to, under section 100 of the Online Safety Act. As of this announcement, AVS Group Ltd and Kick Online Entertainment S.A have not provided a response to the respective information notices.
