  • Why I am dubious about “GTD”

    2007/07/09 20:44:57 BST

  • Dinner…

    2007/07/08 20:47:37 BST

…with Adriana was lovely; warm baguette with melting butter, caviar and hard-boiled egg for starters – accompanied by freezing-cold Grey Goose vodka, followed by smoked salmon — sprinkled with lemon juice and freshly ground pepper — with tarragon scrambled eggs. 2007/07/04 11:10:25 BST

So I was using VNC to access my iMac at home, and the system was behaving very curiously – using IM to talk with a colleague, the stuff I was typing was spattered with lots of extra whitespace and some extra characters: lik           e          t h   i s       . …as if someone was holding down the space bar. This time I thought about our cat who is the whole day out, returning sometimes hungry sometimes not, sometimes with traces of fights, sometimes he stay also the night out. When

  • Amazing…

    2007/07/03 20:39:59 BST

So I go away overnight, and by way of protest one of my cats – the smarter one, who sometimes sleeps on my keyboard to maximise the chance I’ll tickle him – barfs on my laptop bag, between the shoulder straps. Evil little sod.

  • Truth in advertising

    2007/07/02 11:49:38 BST
