I use Spaces a lot and get this happening about once a week; windows vanish never to be seen again, placing windows when in “View All Spaces” mode is weird because they seem to jump away from where you’ve dropped them. For about 2 months – ever since upgrading to Leopard – I have been unable to answer incoming Skype calls on my iMac because the “pick up call” dialogue box is never shown; the software just rings and rings and there is no way to get the software to pick up without clicking the (nonexistent)

Cross fingers, I hope this works… Bookmarking Chatrooms in Adium Most (all?) the instant messaging networks also support chat rooms (sometimes called conferences, and sometimes rooms). Adium has a command for joining these chat rooms “Join Group Chat” in it’s file menu. That command pops up a complex dialog what you then fill out. All
