Yay! Cycled 33.1 miles in 2h56 + lunch + GPS stops, av 11.3 mx 28.5, last 3 miles in the first #snow.
To central Reading via Eversley & Arborfield and returning via Burghfield, Riseley, and Mattingley. The Longbike is comfy enough that I can still walk… deeply w00t! Next stop: the half-century.

The point where the A33 crosses over the M4 at Junction 11 is pretty hideous for cyclists; the roundabout is filled with fast traffic, its six lanes wide at points, and frankly it seems wisest to steer clear if crossing the motorway North/South. So what are the alternatives, in an area between J10 and J12?…
