Update: Jim’s put a pile of good piccies at http://www.pale.org/photos/Cropredy2004/ – and in one of his captions asks why it is that I tend to look straight into the camera when people are taking photos of me.
Answer: I learned from personal observation that looking almost straight at the lens tends to lead to fewer bad or embarrassing photographs being taken of you.
