   Yes, it would – I’m guessing that there’s elven safety issues in their manufacturing licensing which would prevent them building it in.

   There’s still no Govt assurance standards for scrubbing Flash that I’m aware of, so physical destruction remains the only assurable option.

   I can’t wait to see what happens when people start trying to take these on aeroplanes. Or, more precisely, what happens when people start trying to figure out how to reassure the flying public that nobody can get one of those onto a plane. (Personally, I’m happy to take my chances around a bit of magic smoke, but many people won’t see it that way.)

   But prohibiting laptops on planes would be political suicide. Hilarity may be about to ensue.
