Wondering if the civil service understand IT any better now that they know what a fencepost error is?

Otherwise known as an “off by one” bug.

I wonder if it’s transferable knowledge?

    Well, and I thought I was seeing the results of a fencepost error when the dog lifted his leg on our farm’s electric perimeter security device. You mean it’s something else?

  2. A guy has 10 wooden panels with which to make a fence; how many fenceposts does he need ?

    First question should be: is it an enclosure ?
