water
4x jars runny honey; waitrose cheap
a medium size teapot of really strong earl grey
juice 1 lemon
top up water using measuring stick until just below a demijohnfull
stir well
simmer
skim with a one-handled tea strainer basket
cool
champagne yeast
Method as per Belle but I undershot on the fluid so it only got made up to 3.75 litres; hence very sweet.
