Although a rare occurrence, men who experience an erection for more than 4 hours (priapism) should seek immediate medical attention.
…and his question was (to paraphrase):
In a country that panics about Janet Jackson’s breasts, how can they live with having a sepulchral voice read that text out over an advert?
