   Shed!? – looks more of an attached outhouse (perhaps once an outside toilet?)
   Looks like a reasonable sized garden.

      You’re right on the money; a former outside loo and what I suspect was a coal-hole; being refurbed into something more suitable for storage.

      Garden approx 250 sq.m all told, gradually coming under cultivation.
