I have a new trike speed record:
…39.0mph, up from 34mph; this is due to the new front Stelvio tyres, the lowered riding position, a modest amount of tuning, and a set of shorts which don’t act like parachute air-brakes.
Next stop 40mph; and then I’ll make a fairing…
After that, a youtube video of you undertaking cars on the motorway.
I’ve got up to 41mph on my MTB. It’s exhillarating ! No idea what I’ll achieve on the new bike when I get it 🙂
You obviously had an excellent run home from us – and I’m guessing that was downhill towards Hartford Bridge!

Congrats! I see some carbon fiber farings and bike modifications in your future…
But I do think it would be interesting to mount the video camera to the bike and film your commute. You may need to reinforce the camera mount with rubber bushings to reduce vibration. It could be really cool…
