Bean-Sprouts: One family’s search for the good life

If you’ve ever considered chucking it all and getting back to the earth a-la The Good Life, check out my friend Mel Rimmer’s blog Bean Sprouts:

Now Picking: Daffodils (not to eat), young dandelion leaves, primrose flowers (to eat in salads), nettles (to eat in soup), rhubarb, free-range eggs and beansprouts (of course).

Yes it’s what my mate Pete would call yoghurt weaver content, but that’s OK because he likes that sort of thing too. Some day I hope to have that much energy to devote to a garden. And time. Time would be nice..

    It’s true, I do weave my own yogurt, and I knit my own muesli out of recycled sandals.
