A Bad Sign For A Celebrity

So I receive an e-mail from a list I am on:

Dear […],

You are invited to be part of the live studio audience of a very special edition of The Sharon Osbourne Show starring the International megastar LIZA MINNELLI.

…and your first reaction is what, she’s not dead yet?

Bad sign. Bad, bad sign.

To be fair she does look a little like the living dead.

What did you do to deserve that invite? I didn’t know you were a Liza Minelli fan 😉

    No, no, she IS dead. That’s why it’s such a special show . . . .

    Two websites to check:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/whatson/tickets/ – free tickets to upcoming BBC recordings

http://www.applausestore.com/ – ditto, plus ch4 and independent production houses

Free entertainment, though TV recordings can be a bummer if you don’t queue for first-come first-served

Nahh, she’s not dead. She and ex-hubby #4 are going through a messy fight over the divorce settlement and pre-nup. He claims she abused him in drunken rages, giving him raging headaches. She claims the headaches are a result of his herpes. His doctor says that he doesn’t have herpes, but the judge threw out the abuse charge on the grounds that the doctor couldn’t rule out that the headaches were from herpes, which suggests that at least one of the doctor, the lawyer or the judge is incompetent.

Radio shows are waaay better. I went to see I’m Sorry I Haven’t A Clue back years ago and it was tear jerkingly funny!

Still not sure about poor Liza…
