In case you’re not familiar with how phone and email scams work, Mark Rober – a former NASA engineer who now makes fun YouTube videos for a living – released this great little explainer which uses glitterbombs to get some payback, and also helps people understand the scams so they can stop them happening. It’s well worth a watch.
