   recipe: https://dendritics.com/scales/biscotti.asp – the dough tends to come out wetter than documented and requires working up with extra flour to make it firm and dry, but it’s good. Silicone baking sheets are a win.

   ps: don’t pay over-the-odds for expensive, huge silicone baking sheets. They can be somewhat bulk-purchased (5 or 6 huge ones) for multipurpose, including protecting fabrics for ironing.
