is article unintentionally explained something for me. i wondered how the childline forum and mumsnet would survive the OSA. this article showed how education and childcare sites are exempt (even when it has porn on it). how convenient for mumsnet because last i checked it there were many topics about there sex lives and gifs of cgi dick’s, not exactly safe for children.
