- …then presumably it does not have a creator, instead having…
- …someone who directed a machine to produce an item meeting particular specifications?
- As such, what is meant to be the mechanism for outlawing its creation?
- Do you ban [creation of] machines which can create such? Or do you ban directing them to create such?
- How do you achieve either?
