• My laundry tends to be N volume of fabric
• Partner tends to be 2N volume of fabric
• Somehow: toddler tends towards 4N volume of fabric
• Plus approximately another 2N of tea towels and dishcloths and towels

Rarely a day passes without me doing a load of laundry, possibly up to 5.
